A Stillwater 'tradish' since 1957, Hideaway Pizza is Oklahoma's oldest pizzeria and they have 35 individual toppings and 6 different sauces to choose from and a distinct crust that is true to the original Hideaway.
Hideaway takes the time to make every pizza by hand, giving each pizza pie a unique personality. Dough is made fresh in their enormous 120 quart mixer dozens of times every day and created a lightly risen thin crust for every pizza. They use only the finest tomato products and spices for their sauces, which is seasoned with a spice recipe that has not changed since 1957. The exact measurements for the “secret spice” are known only by two individuals who have committed it to memory. The cheese is produced specifically for their restaurant according to strict specifications. The mozzerella/provolone blend is shipped within days of production, so they are assured of the freshest possible product. The Hideaway’s Baker's Pride ovens have a stone hearth to cook pizzas evenly and consistently at a temperature of 600 degrees.
